With cloud-enabled connectivity, the E80W GbS allows for electrical adjustment of the burr distance. This adjustment can be manually controlled by the barista or automatically synchronized with a La Marzocco machine to align with the target extraction time. The intelligent algorithm ensures precise management of the burr distance, guaranteeing perfect extraction every time.
