Welcome to Coffee Machine Depot USA! We value your satisfaction and aim to make your experience with our products as enjoyable as possible. Please review our return policy below, which applies to all purchases made through our website or in-store locations.

Duration of Return Policy

RETURN POLICY. Any returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the item by the buyer. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, as well as any fees or additional costs. After 30 days of receipt of the item we do not accept returns.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that any items that have been opened or used are non-refundable. Our goal is to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction for all our customers, and returned goods must be in sellable condition. This policy helps us maintain our standards and serve you better.

Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances. These include:

  • Custom Items: Products that have been customized or modified according to your specifications.
  • Special Order Items: Products that are not normally stocked and have been ordered specifically at your request.
  • Perishable Items: Any food items or coffee beans, due to health and safety concerns.

These items are exempt from being returned due to the nature of the products.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all returns. This fee is calculated based on the original purchase price of the item. The restocking fee covers the cost of processing returns and returning merchandise back to inventory.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at admin@cmdepotusa.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
  2. Return Approval: Wait for our team to respond with approval for your return. This process may take up to 72 hours. Do not send your product back to us without receiving approval.
  3. Shipping Product Back: Once approved, securely pack your product, and send it to the address provided by our customer service. Remember to include all original packaging, accessories, and any promotional items that came with the product.
  4. Receiving and Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, the return may be rejected.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@cmdepotusa.com and follow the return process outlined above.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Processing:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
