The wand can still be used for manual steaming, but the addition of two buttons allows users to configure multiple automatic steam profiles. Steam profiles can be set up to steam to your exact desired temperature and texture, letting any business cater the results perfectly for their customers.
How To Use the Autosteam
In use, Autosteam is incredibly straightforward. The steam arm has three buttons. At the top is a manual purge button, which is there for cleaning before and after each drink, and to allow for manual steaming if preferred. Below that are two programmable buttons.
Those two buttons can be set up however the business needs. Many operators choose to programme one for dairy milk and the other for oat or another alternative milk. Others use them for different jug sizes or temperature profiles.
To use it, the process is simple. Fill a jug with milk, place the steam wand into the jug, and press one of the programmed buttons. The machine then takes over, steaming the milk to the temperature and texture that has been set, and stopping automatically when it is finished.
