PID Temperature Control

Electronic PID regulation holds the stainless steel boiler at a set temperature instead of cycling around it. You get the same water temperature on shot 1 and shot 51.

Hybrid Ring Group

Sanremo's "Hybrid" ring group design combines the thermal stability of a saturated group with the serviceability of a standard one. Consistent extraction without the maintenance headaches of a fully saturated group.

Programmable Dosing

Up to 7 programmable doses plus independently adjustable temperature at the group. Dial in the recipe once — every barista who touches it pulls the same shot.
