Cleaning & Maintenance

Daily Cleaning

Wipe and purge the steam wand after each use to prevent milk buildup, rinse portafilters and filter baskets, clean the drip tray, and backflush the group head to remove coffee oils and residue.

Weekly Maintenance

Soak portafilters, baskets, and shower screens in an approved cleaning solution, inspect group head gaskets and screens, and perform a deeper backflush to keep internal components clean.

Long-Term Care

Maintain proper water filtration to prevent scale buildup and descale the machine as needed based on water quality and usage to ensure long-lasting performance and consistent espresso quality.

Power Requirements

This grinder runs on a standard 110V outlet and draws 450 watts, so in commercial service it's best installed on a dedicated circuit — especially if it will share power with an espresso machine or other high-draw equipment nearby.
